Description
Our Blue Cheese Powder can make so much more than simply a quick blue cheese dressing. Known for its sharp and somewhat salty taste, this powder works well as a light coating on raw vegetables, to flavor risotto, or even sprinkle on popcorn.
Use as a coating on toasted French bread or as a topping for baked potatoes. Or, rehydrate Blue Cheese Powder with warm water and add to sour cream or Miracle Whip to use as a dip for buffalo chicken wings.
Mix Blue Cheese Powder with Parmesan Cheese as a spread for hamburgers. Use as a rub for lamb before cooking.

Usage
Instant Blue Cheese Dressing: add 3 oz (more or less) to 1/2 cup Miracle Whip & 1/2 cup sour cream, mix in some sugar and vinegar to taste. Add cottage cheese to make the lumps.Ingredients
