At Great American Spice, we take great pride in the quality of our products. We carefully inspect your order prior to shipment; upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage within 30 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a prompt replacement. If you are dissatisfied for any reason within 30 days of receiving your order containing our Stove, Chef, or Bulk (16 oz) packages, you may return your purchase for a refund. For our 5 lb, 10 lb, 25 lb, and 50 lb pack sizes, we are unable to accept returns on opened packages, unless the packages were open due to packaging failure or damaged during shipping. Before ordering larger quantities we recommend trying a sample in our Stove sizes.
We cannot accept returns on personalized, special-order items, or on items damaged intently. No claims will be accepted more than 30 days after the receipt of your purchase, or if the product shows evidence of prior use or alteration.
You may return merchandise for a refund or replacement using our online return service or by contacting Customer Service at 1.877.677.4239 or firstname.lastname@example.org, Monday-Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (EST). Please keep your packaging slip and provide it with your return, as well as a note of how you would like to proceed with the return.
