Blend into sauces and soups or simply add to your favorite dip for a mild, cheesy flavor. Make your own mac'n'cheese and when you mix White Cheddar Cheese Powder with milk, butter and a dash of salt into cooked macaroni.
Sprinkle on popcorn for a light, cheesy taste. To really spice up your popcorn, coat your kernels with White Cheddar Cheese Powder along with Ground Red Cayenne Pepper and Ground Yellow Mustard Seed. Salt and butter to taste.
UsageUse to give an extra cheesy flavor to your sauces and dressings. Use as a sprinkle for your meats. To make sauce, use 1/2 cup powder to 3 tbl milk and 1 tsp butter. Add more or less milk to achieve desired consistency.
