Beef Soup Base



Beef soup base is ideal in aromatic soups, stews, and crock pot creations. Combined with water, the beef flavor in paste is half the battle towards having a delicious meal - just add ingredients such as Mrs. Miller’s Egg Noodle Vegetable Mixor our vegetable blend for soups.  A base replaces bouillon when a thicker (and beefier) effect is desired.

Imagine carefully crafting together your own steak sauce out of hand picked ingredients.  Crack some premium whole Tellicherry peppercorns into a beef base paste enhanced with lean, mean garlic and horseradish, right before pouring your unique and original steak sauce over a juicy, simmering strip steak.  “What brand of steak sauce is this?” your guests will feel compelled to ask. Just be ready to have a clever name for your devised sauce (and don’t forget to tell them where you got your inspiration!)


Use 3.2oz of base to 1 gallon of water. Bring to boil, then simmer.
