Usage:Mild seasoning great for fresh or breakfast sausage.Will need to add 2teas. curing salt for every 10 lb. of meat.

I like the Amish Style for a family blend. I use it to make sausage gravy and biscuits. I always mix a little more spice than they call for. If they ask for 1 T, I use 1 1/2 T.
