Amish Style Pork Sausage Seasoning

When you’re preparing to make your own breakfast sausage, you’ll need to gather some supplies first. Make sure you have a curing salt on hand as well as sausage casings. You’ll also need a meat binder. Then, make sure to thoroughly season your meat. After your sausage is made, you can either surprise your family with a big Sunday breakfast or you can make breakfast for dinner one night during the week and invite some friends over, too. If your first homemade sausage is a hit, try your hand and summer sausage or bratwurst! Your friends and family will be impressed and may even ask you to teach them how to make sausage!

Mild seasoning great for fresh or breakfast sausage. Add 2 teaspoon curing salt for every 10 lbs of meat.

Salt, spices, sugar, dextrose, monosodium glutamate, spice extractives.
