You’ll need a curing salt, such as Amish Meadow Bacon Cure Rub, to mix into your ground sausage meat, as well as a binder (like Better Meat Binder). You could add other herbs if you like, but prepare your homemade sausage with this flavoring to create hearty sausage, breakfast gravy to pour over biscuits. You could add your homemade sausage to gravy made with Old-Time Peppered Gravy Mix for delicious, old-fashioned sausage gravy.
Usage:Add 8 oz. package of mix to 25 lb. of sausage.Or 3.5 oz. of mix to 10 lb. Mix well, form into patties. If you are processing the sausage you should use Prague Powder #1 Cure with mix. 2 tsp for 10 lb. of meat. or 1 oz. for 25 lb. of meat.
