To make an Ethiopian jerky or Quant'a, add our Ethiopian Berbere and Black Pepper Cafe Grind to our Jack Jack Jerky mix when preparing.

Store finished jerky meats in a cool, dry place.

Ingredients & Usage:

Jerky Seasoning: Salt, Spice, Monosodium Glutamate, Garlic Powder, Natural Spice Extractives.
*Use 0.25 lb. of seasoning to 15 lb. of meat. 
Maple Sugar Cure: Salt, Sugar (Cane, Maple [100% Maple Syrup]), Sodium Nitrite (0.75%).
*Use 0.26 lb. per 100 lb. of meat
