Use 4 ounces of seasoning, 1/4 pound meat (chicken, shrimp or pork) 3/4 Cup chopped onion 1 Cup chopped green or sweet red peppers 1 Cup sliced fresh mushrooms 2-1/4 Cup water 1 16-ounce can tomatoes, cut up 1 9-ounce package frozen cut okra 1 Cup long grain rice 1 Tablespoon instant chicken bouillon granules Bring to boil, simmer 30 minutes.
