UsageTapioca Pudding: 1 quart Milk (whole or 2%), 1/2 cup Sugar, 1/4 teaspoon Salt, 3 Large Eggs 1/4 cup Tapioca Granules, 1/2-1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract. In a heavy 2 quart saucepan beat sugar, salt, & eggs together well. Add milk & tapioca, mix well with the other ingredients. Over medium high heat bring almost to a boil. Stir constantly to avoid scorching. When it starts to thicken, remove from heat, add vanilla, and chill.
