I use it on proteins like shrimp, smoked sausage and ground pork, as well as vegetables like squash, cauliflower and cabbage.

Description

Usage

To blacken meat, mix into a 'paste' with clarified butter, or olive oil. Coat meat with paste and place on VERY hot cooking surface, preferably a cast iron skillet.
