Forget the mess and stink of regular vinegar, which can spill all over countertops and on floors. White distilled vinegar powder gives you the flavor of vinegar but without the mess. The convenient powder can be used in snack coatings, dry mixes, soups, sauces, meat rubs, instant marinades and salad dressings.

This seems odd, I know, on first glance. Why powdered vinegar?
Well, if your food already has the right fluid balance, you may not want to add more.
This also gives a zing to preparations where you've added dried spices (chili powders, etc) or dried zest (lemon/lime zest) that other wise can be missing when you use the dried essences. A little powdered vinegar really pops the citrus/chili flavors out!
This is also a new favorite sprinkles onto a potato/egg salad to bring out a little something.
neat way to season potoato chips!

just a tiny sprinkle lifts plain ol'everyday chips to something nicer.
