Usage:For use in your favorite pies, pancakes, etc. To make syrup, bring to a boil 2/3 cup of Maple Powder and 1/3 cup of water.

This is a fantastic way to add maple flavor to plain yogurt... or anything else that needs 'real maple flavor'. It is real maple syrup, just dehydrated! Wow, it gives that punch to anything - and can be rehydrated into syrup as well. What a wonderful product!

Maple powder has good flavor, however the powder clumps up a lot.

This is so good added to Light syrup, and is so good added to oatmeal, and I made up a special spice blend with this and about 6 other spices & give away as gifts, so good on steaks....

I use this in a special spice blend I make to use on all meats. I have a recipe for the spice blend on this site. I also use it on oatmeal & cream of wheat, it's alittle pricey but goes a long way, you need very little on your cereals. And my family and friends love the recipe I've created using the maple powder.
