Instant Potato Flakes



Who has time to make mashed potatoes the old-fashioned way?  If you said, “not I”, you need to try our instant, Idaho potato flakes for great potatoes that rival your grandmother’s. Seriously delicious and easy, these dehydrated and cooked, instant potato flakes are ready to accompany any meal in minutes.  Try our dehydrated sliced potatoes or dehydrated potato chunks for a variation of the same nutritious and delicious vegetable.


Mashed Potatoes: Mix 1-1/2 cups of water & 1-1/2 cups of milk, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 2 tablespoons butter, bring to a boil. Remove from the heat & add 2 cups of potato flakes, stir & let stand 30 seconds to 1 minutes until moisture is absorbed. Fluff with a fork.
