I love these carrots. I use them in soups, spaghetti sauce, and more. Anywhere you want more nutrition that you cook for a while. I don't even bother re-hydrating them, I just throw them in the juice/sauce and cook. They add a little sweetness as well.

I love these carrots. I use them in soups, stews, casseroles and wherever else I want the sweet taste of carrots. This is the 2nd time I have ordered these, but it won't be the last!
