Never thought I'd be able to have that great green pepper taste without having to buy and cut up expensive (and perishable) bell peppers. But with these dehydrated green peppers, the convenience and ease of use and great pepper taste has found me using them in more and more dishes. The possibilities are endless!

I keep this in my pantry at all times. Since green bell peppers can 'go slimey' so quickly, these are handy to have. I use them in soups and chili.
