Most folks don't know NIGELLA. Why should they? Most Americans are afraid of things they've never heard of.
But this seed is an absolute delight for soups, stews, steaks... Middle-Eastern, Indian or even for baking. (It's the seed that is traditionally dusted on some varieties of Jewish Rye bread.)
Do yourself a favor and order a package of these little black seeds! You'll be shaking them on tacos and sushi... and of course on your CORNED BEEF BRISKET!
