Usage:Use 2 tsp. per quart jar for pickles. Sprinkle several teaspoons over a pork roast for wonderful flavor, simply brush off the spices before serving.

I have used this pickling spice for years.
I pour a generous amount into a metal mesh tea strainer and pop it into my homemade chicken vegetable soup. It adds a lot of flavor, and the spicy peppers add a bit of zing; and I am saved the chore of removing all the floating spices when the soup is done.

fantastic price and product try 1 cup in pot of water with shell on raw shrimp so good dont need a sauce for dipping
