Usage:For cider or wassail, place 3 - 4 generous tbsp. of Mulling Spice in a tea ball or cheesecloth bag. Bring two quarts apple juice or cider to boil and then let simmer for 30 minutes while steeping the Mulling Spice. Discard the spices and enjoy.

This is exactly what I wanted. At this time of year I keep a pot simmering on the stove all day long. It makes the entire house smell like Christmas .... and cheaper then potpourri.

I have a pan of mulling spice on my stove simmering all day long, gives my home a wonderful aroma. Sometimes I add a few cinnamon sticks.

So many company sell this ground up I prefer grinding it myself for the strong flavor
