I love cinnamon on different foods, and use it in cooking. This is really great cinnamon and I am very pleased with it.

My baked goods tase 1,000 % better using this cinnamon than they ever tasted before. Also great for using in north African spice blends giving savory food a special kick. Once you smell it, you'll be a believer! Worth the price.

I was so surprised first when I smelt the 3% cinnamon and then when I tasted it. There is no bitterness and It is almost sweet without adding sugar. I make the best snicker-doodle cookies with this cinnamon.

i love the taste of this cinnamon it is so sweet and strong you don't even need to add sugar not like anything you will find at the super market! :)
