Usage:Use in your cake and cookie recipes for an orange flavoring. 2 Tbs powder to 8 oz water for juice.

Great as an ingredient or to punch-up flavor, but it tends to cake and clot, limiting its shelf life. Might be useful to sell in ½ lb quantities.

I use this on pork, chicken, as rubs; also in baking cakes, cookies, cheesecakes, frostings, and glazes, any time you want a fresh bright flavor, but really can't add more liquid. Sensational results!!

I use this for my Italian cuccadati cookie filling and it is so fresh and handy to have as I can make on demand. Highly recommend!
