I like this stuff, It's great on fish, beef, and pork yes it's salty, but if you have half a brain, you'll like it
Deceptive. This is mostly salt!

The picture of the product and listing is "mesquite smoke powder". The product sold is mostly salt which I would think makes it a seasoning. I have found real mesquite smoke powder on multiple websites now and non of them contain salt and paprika in them. Very disappointed. The label and listing is very deceptive!
great flavor and easy to use

A very find powder, with the most WONDERFUL mesquite smell, you only need a little bit to go a long way. Use it sparingly, like you would liquid smoke. I've tried it with steak and also tried it with baked beans. Very tasty. Glad I "took a chance" on this one.
This spice is wonderful.

Living in a high rise for the first time that did not have balcony for grilling was hard to get used to. I also live overseas so spices and products are hard to come by as well. This product is a great addition to my spice rack. The company was wonderful as well. They ship to our military address and it was quick on getting here.
great smoky ingredient

i use this in my own rub blend but sometimes i like to sprinkle it in my chicken salad mix to add a smoky, tangy taste
