This is ground very fine and blends really well in recipes. Excellent product!!

I use it in more and more dishes now. I discovered its versatility only a few years ago when trying to duplicate (successfully) Wendy's chili recipe. This Marjoram is equal to or better than the stuff I've been paying $6 or more an ounce for at the store.
