If all our spices were in a room at a party, Dill Weed might stick out the most. It’s got a dominant personality and a well-rounded tang that can’t be ignored. Ours is the finest domestic available, and we don’t import our dill weed as the domestic is far superior containing higher volatile oils and a brilliant color. Dill Weed is used in salads and as a garnish. It’s simply wonderful with fish, lamb, pork, poultry, and cheese and even adds flavor to salads and vegetables. So if someone ever calls you a “dill weed,” tell them, “Thanks!” They must not know of its delicious flavor and personality.
