Great salty taste, but not overpowering like most sea salts. I'll be using it in everything. It's a perfect grind too. Keep it in a bowl like kosher salt and sprinkle w/ fingers. No need for a grinder. Price is right too for how much you get.

I scatter this salt on my dinner plate before I load it with my meal. I put about a half teaspoon in my 3-quart pitcher of tea. I'm after the trace minerals in this fabulous salt. Believe it or not, this addition is so subtle I don't notice a salty taste like it over salted anything. I'm so glad I bought it, now months ago!

Himalayan salt has the pure salt flavor you want. I don't have to use as much salt for a wonderful flavor with Himalayan Salt. Sprinkle a little on the top of what ever you are cooking and you will see what I mean.
