As I expected, another good quality product from AmericanSpice.com. I use this in my brisket rub to add another element of flavor and smoke. When you open the package and smell the salt, it smells like a camp fire! I also use it with the 5 peppercorn blend on my steaks too. Definitely give this a try to add a different depth of flavor to your foods! I highly recommend it!
