After reading that chefs use it I thought I would give it a try for ice cream and vegetables to have that buttery taste without the butter fat. I was disappointed that the taste nor smell came through. This is why I gave it the 3 stars.

This stuff works! Great to mix with rubs. Much easier than smearing butter, then rub.
