Black pepper butcher cut. Not as overwhelming as a coarser grind but still has that explosive taste when chewed. Best for cooking but it tastes great on salads as well.

I have purchased this butcher cut black pepper in the past and it was a course grind. The resent order was labeled butcher cut it was a much finer grind very disappointed. That being said it is still a quality product. I will not order again until contacting because I preferred the original course grind

Butcher cut was not, as advised, a coarser grind than cracked. I kept the product but next time, will just stay with the cracked.

I wanted a larger grind on black pepper and the butcher's grind is a perfect size. Would recommend this product to all that cooks.

I use butcher cut pepper with coarse sea salt to make a great rub. Rub on steak or brisket , let sit over night. Then grill,gives your meat a nice flavor.
