I have already written one review so this had better be my last time. It is great whole powdered milk. It is creamy and easy to store. I use it mainly for making homemade creamer, but have used it in a recipe that called for milk. I do not keep any refrigerated milk because I do not drink enough milk and it goes bad so this is my answe to the problem.

Adding powdered milk to my fat free milk made a wonderful difference in the texture of my home-made yogurt. It only took 1/4 cup added to 49 ozs milk. Delighted with the product and the result!
