I've never liked dry milk, but hadn't ever tried whole milk dried. This is the stuff! My whole family likes it and I'll definitely be ordering more. If you're on the fence, try it.

Trying to find dried WHOLE milk is a serious challenge. I use it in baking, and in emergencies when we are without power. This product is always fresh tasting, reconstitutes well, and makes my breads amazing. Great product.

I have already written one review so this had better be my last time. It is great whole powdered milk. It is creamy and easy to store. I use it mainly for making homemade creamer, but have used it in a recipe that called for milk. I do not keep any refrigerated milk because I do not drink enough milk and it goes bad so this is my answe to the problem.

Adding powdered milk to my fat free milk made a wonderful difference in the texture of my home-made yogurt. It only took 1/4 cup added to 49 ozs milk. Delighted with the product and the result!

I use this milk in my homemade creamer and it works well. I also made up a small amount for a recipe and it work well there too.
