Usage:Hams: Mild Cure, 1st application 2.5 lbs per 100 lbs, 2nd application 2.5 lbs per 100 lbs. Full Cure: (not skinned and aged for 6+months. 2.5 lbs at 1st, 2nd and 3rd application. Bacon and Small Cuts: 1/2 oz per lb. See package for more details.
