Product Description

Don’t tell the dentist but we’ve got a sweet treat that will leave you craving dessert at all hours of the day. Our large pearl tapioca is perfect for those late nights, sweet tooth cravings that you can’t satisfy with other options. Blend a bowl full of tapioca in an ocean of ice-cold, whole milk. Jazz it up with sugar and a teaspoon of vanilla to give it a rich and sweet flavor of love just like grandma used to make. This bowl of happiness is like gold on a spoon. Satisfy your endorphins when you serve a warm bowl of tapioca sprinkled with a touch ofcinnamon or cinnamon and sugar to your family. Or might we suggest, just grab a spoon and eat it straight out of the bowl because once you start, you won’t ever want to stop. And for an added treat, top your tapioca with fresh slices of peaches or pineapples drenched in rich sugary syrup. Melt your heart over a bowl of tapioca and piping hot mug of Chai tea. Top your warm tea with mountain of whipped cream and a dash of nutmeg - eat your heart out. Chai also tastes fantastic cold over a glass of ice cubes and tossed with heavy cream or milk. This luxury in a bowl will bring your back to your childhood days or keep you young at heart- either way, your treat is our tapioca!

Soak 1 cup of tapioca in water 5-6 hours or overnight, drain. Mix pearls with 4 Cups milk and 1/4 Tsp salt. Bring to boil on stove, or microwave on med-high 14-15 minutes covered (no need to stir when cooked in microwave). Beat 3 eggs and 3/4 cup sugar. Blend hot pearl mix gradually into egg mixture. Heat to boiling, or microwave on med-high 4-5 minutes covered. Stir in 3/4 Tsp vanilla. Serve warm or cold.

  1. Great old fashioned large pearl tapioca

Like mom used to make. Note these are NOT the huge bubble tea pearls. They do need to be soaked longer than small pearl, at least 3 hours or overnight, or they are chewy and don't release enough starch to thicken the pudding.

  2. Come home to Gramma's

A blast from the past...Takes me back 60 years to my Gramma's kitchen and the treats she loved to make for me

  4. Large pearls were VERY small

Dear sirs: I was disappointed with the size of the tapioca pearls. I weed to buy pearls which were about 1/4" in diameter. I thought that was what I was getting. Your picture of the pearls is deceiving.

  5. Tapioca the way my mother made it.

I couldn't find the large tapioca in the store. My mother always used the large, I think It has more flavor and definitely this tapioca has more texture. I was so happy to find it on your web site.
