Tried this on babybacks for the first time. Used the Big Green Egg to slow cook using the 3/1/1 method. (3 hrs slow smoke at 250/ 1 HR foiled / 1 hr direct still at 250). Results were very good. I dusted the night before, then cooked and reseasoned in the last 15 mins. Sweet without being overly sweet with a little kick. Will use again.
