Pumpkin Pie
- ½ tsp Morton’s Salt Substitute
- 2 cups canned pumpkin
- 1 ½ cup milk
- ½ tsp nutmeg
- 4 large egg yolks
- 1 cup white sugar
- ½ tsp ginger
- 2 tsp cinnamon
Beat all ingredients together with an electric mixer and pour into a pastry-lined 9” pie pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 45-60 minutes or until you can insert a toothpick along the side of the filling and have it come out clean. Serve warm with a dollop of whipped cream and warm mulled cider.

Try melting butter with some marshmallows in a pot. After melted, mix in a teaspoon or more of one of the above flavorings. Drizzle the marshmallow mixture over two cups of corn flakes or rice cereal in a bowl. Stir and then add the sticky mixture to a pan rubbed in butter. Cool, cut, and serve!
