Usage for Cheddar Cheese:1/2 cup powder to 3 tbl milk and 1 tsp butter. Add more or less milk to achieve desired consistency.

This is an awesome product. I made mac and cheese using this powder, some milk and a little butter and it was fabulous! I've added it to bread dough, sprinkled it on popcorn, baked potatoes, etc. etc. This is going to be a pantry staple here.

I like the concept but the actual product tastes and smells too much like blue cheese to me...not enough like cheddar cheese.
