We imported our Caraway from finest farms in Holland. It is a common flavoring for many kinds of rye breads, sauerkraut, sausage, cheese, cabbage, and soups. To enhance its flavor, lightly toast the seed before using. Sprinkle the whole seeds on breads and cookies, or try it freshly ground in carrots, potato and cabbage dishes.
