Herbes de Provence



Herbes de Provence is a classic French seasoning comprised of savory, fennel, thyme, rosemary, and lavender, perfect for French cooking beginners or experts. Add Herbes de Provence to your fall stew for a homey French flavor. For Herbes de Provence steak, rub the steak in extra virgin olive oil and a mixture of Herbes de Provence and garlic minced finely. Cook the steak to your liking and enjoy the mingling flavors and aromas. Herbes de Provence also makes a lovely addition to roasted vegetables, cooked or grilled in a foil packet with butter until soft.


Use the Herbs as you would any dried Herb. Just add 1 or 2 teaspoons to your recipes.
