How to cook beer can chicken:
Beer Can Chicken is a simple and easy method for grilling chicken.
Ingredients: 1 full chicken, 1 can of beer, chicken rub, chicken stand, and grill is all you need.
- Clean and prepare chicken
- Mix Beer Can Chicken Rub with olive oil into thick paste
- Generously apply paste to your chicken
- Insert half full can of beer into chicken cavity
- Place on roasting chicken stand
- Grill your chicken over indirect heat for an hour or till crispy (check temp. at upper thigh to ensure internal temp. has reached 165°F)

Usage:Add olive oil, Rub generously on chicken, Turkey, or any poultry. Take can of beer (half full), put the whole can up in the cavity of the bird and cook on grill for an hour or so, depending on temp. Make sure the bird is done, then enjoy.

Sure it's called chicken rub, but it works on any meat... I have even added a little brown sugar and made a fantastic jerky with it... Just a little heat and a lot of flavors... I have some on hand all the time...

This rub has so much flavor. All you have to do is rub on your chicken overnight or a few hours before you want to cook. When the chicken is done,the outside is crispy and the chicken is juice.

Drunken chicken, Beer butt chicken, beer can chicken. This is the best on the seasoning side of it. Using A&W rootbeer is my favorite
