UsageGreat in candies, cakes, cookies, frosting, ice cream, and a huge range of other baking and confectionery applications. When substituting for extracts, use 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon for 1 teaspoon of extract. This product is water soluble.

This was by far the best Almond oil I have ever used. It keeps the melted chocolate smooth and is easy to mix in. A tiny bit goes a long way and it has a distinct almond flavor without bitterness. Wonderful product!

What a wonderful addition for my baking, the taste is amazing. I have used it in cheesecakes, cupcake topping, all kinds of recipes ,that have been enhanced with this oil. Thankyou so much I have a new dimension to my desserts etc.
