We can never find charcoal seasoning anywhere around where we live. We loved the charcoal seasoning we purchased. A lot more came in the package than I expected.

after many years of charcoal grilling, I was given a gas grill as a gift. I love the convenience, but really missed the charcoal taste. How pleasantly surprised I was that this seasoning made our steaks taste a lot more like they were cooked over charcoal. Thanks for this wonderful product.
Very close Chracoal Broiled Taste

I tried it on hamburgers cooked on an electric grill, everybody bragged on the charcoal broiled taste! No quite perfect, but gets pretty close!
Just what I was looking for

I wanted something that would give a char-grilled taste to food that I cook on my gas grill. Had lunch with a friend yesterday and he ordered the lemon chicken that was perfectly char-grilled. Well, I also got my order of Charcoal Seasoning yesterday, so today I marinated the chicken breasts in lemon juice, canola oil and Greek Seasoning then sprinkled them with Charcoal seasoning before hitting the gas grill. Absolute perfection. Just what I was looking for in this seasoning. Too bad I can't add a pic!
Top of the line.

We have been using this product for several years. Roast, steaks, chops, poultry or stews would not taste the same without it. Please continue to supply it. Leaving in Florida we use it quite frequently. Thank You!
Not happy with product

I can find no charcoal flavor when using this product. It is not even comparable to the original Durkee product. I don't like the loose dust effect either. It gets all over everything when you use the shake. I even transferred it to a shaker with smaller holes.

I mixed into my hamburger and grilled on a gas grill. Everyone thought that I had bought a new charcoal grill because of the taste in the hamburgers.
