Fruit Pectin (Bulk, 8 oz)
A fruit pectin used in making homemade jams and jellies and assure you of the finest results. To make jam mix 3 3/4 cups fruit to 5 1/4 cup sugar to 1 oz. pectin yields 6 cups. One-half pound of pectin is enough for approximately 4 typical-size home recipes.
Usage:
Put fruit into pan on stove, make use it measures the amount you need, add water n if needed. Stir in fruit pectin bring to a full boil. Add sugar and bring back to full boil for one minute, than remove from heat. Skim off foam and ladle into jars 1/4 from top. Immediately put on hot lids. For 6 cups add 3 3/4 cup fruit to 5 1/4 cup sugar to 1 oz. pectin.Ingredients:
