One pound Whole Powdered Eggs will make about 40 eggs.
For one egg: 3 Tablespoons Water + 1 Tablespoons Whole Egg Powder.
For larger quantities: 3 lbs Water + 1 lb Whole Egg Powder is equivalent to 4 lbs of Whole Eggs.
