Usage:Rub onto beef, salmon, turkey or chicken breast and marinate overnight, then prepare on grill, pan-fry or bake in oven.
Ingredients:Coriander, Garlic, Black pepper, Mustard Flour, White Pepper, Sea Salt, Brown Sugar, Paprika, (less than 2% silicon dioxide to prevent caking).

I used this to turn corned beef into pastrami in my smoker. Flavor was outstanding. Will definately purchase more.

Just not the "traditional" rub I'm used to for my pastrami. I think it will be better on poultry.
