- As a Marinade
- For 25 lbs: Place 25 lbs of meat in a vacuum tumbler. Add 24.5 oz of water and 15.5 oz of Teriyaki Marinade Seasoning. Vacuum tumble for 20 minutes.
- For 5 lbs: Place 5 lbs of meat in a vacuum tumbler. Add 4.9 oz of water and 3.1 oz of Teriyaki Marinade Seasoning. Vacuum tumble for 20 minutes.
- As a Soak
- In a plastic or stainless container, dissolve 15.5 oz of Teriyaki Marinade Seasoning in 1 to 2 gallons of water (depending on desired strength). Marinate in refrigerator for 1-24 hours.
