Try this sour cream biscuit recipe:
1 cup lemon/lime flavored soda, 8 ounces sour cream, 4 cups flour, 1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder, and ½ tsp. salt. Preheat the oven to 400 F. Mix the wet ingredients and gradually add the dry ingredients. Roll the dough on a floured surface and cut with a biscuit cutter or glass rim. Bake 20 minutes.

Usage:3 parts water to 5 parts sour cream powder.

Sort of tastes like sour cream and would probably be fine added to something liked baked goods, but if you just mix it up plain to serve with chili or something, there's kind of a strange aftertaste that I find unpleasant. I tried mixing it with dip seasoning, not too successful.
