Usage:Rub seasoning in cavity and evenly over skin of turkey. Cover and refrigerate overnight prior to roasting.

Be very careful when ordering this product, IT"S HOT!!! There is no warning that it is SPICEY!

I just rub the turkey seasoning all over the bird even inside. I let it sit overnight. Then roast it as usual.
