- As a Marinade
- For 25 lbs: Place 25 lbs of meat in a vacuum tumbler. Add 32.75 oz of water and 7.25 oz of Lemon Pepper Marinade Seasoning. Vacuum tumble for 20 minutes.
- For 5 lbs: Place 5 lbs of meat in a vacuum tumbler. Add 6.55 oz of water and 1.45 oz of Lemon Pepper Marinade Seasoning. Vacuum tumble for 20 minutes.
- As a Soak
- In a plastic or stainless container, dissolve 9.5 oz of Lemon Pepper Marinade Seasoning in 1 to 2 gallons of water (depending on desired strength). Marinate in refrigerator for 1-24 hours.
