Usage:Cut meat into stripes 1/4 to 3/8 inch thick. Put the meat, seasoning mix,cure and worchester to taste, and 1tsp tabasco if desired,into a glass container and marinate overnight. Drape the strips on rack of oven w/ a drip pan. Set oven at 140 or lower for 6-8 hours.
