Bailey's without the calories. Great to flavor coffee and tofu. I was surprised at how true to the original the taste is!

...but there was a very "chemical," off-putting flavor to this oil. It doesn't bear any discernible resemblance to Bailey's Irish Cream, if that was the food chemist's intention... Really disappointing when I added it to hot milk as a flavoring, with the addition of a sweetener.
