Usage:Add 2 Tablespoons mix + - to taste, to 1 cup sour cream. Mix well, refrigerate.

A Little Strong for a Dip - For my taste anyway

Though the taste of this dip is great, it is VERY salty and strong. I found it unusable as recommended so I doubled the sour cream and didn't add any extra county fair dip mix. It helped a lot, but I still strongly prefer the cucumber dill dip mix. That one keeps disappearing so I have to order it by the pound. The County Fair dip is still in the refrigerator. :(
One suggestion: It makes a great topping on baked potatoes or a mix in for potato casseroles or mashed potatoes. My family prefers that over a dip.
It is still worth a try as I'm sure others could come up with lots of ideas of how to use it. Unless sodium is an issue in your diet, it is probably worth deciding for yourself.
