This product is very nice, not sure it matches the original but it can stand on its own as a product worth having. I have a lot of things I want to try it with.

I use it in anything that calls for chili powder and other spices. I used it in my meatloaf, it gave it a good flavor. Will buy it again.
Just like the Fort Wayne Hot Dogs I lve.

I love this seasoning! I can make the Coney Dogs from Fort Wayne,IN I grow up on at home. With the seasoning you can add as much or as little fat as you want. What I do is add more seasoning and water and leaner hamburger if I want to make it healthier. If that isn't important to you, follow the directions add a little more seasoning and if you would like you can add extra fat like crisco to it. I will tell you, the longer it sits the more the flavors of the spice go through the mix. I simmer for 3 hours
