Use with 2 pounds of ground beef or chuck. Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil over medium heat. Saute' 1/2 of a fresh diced onion until tender, add ground beef and kidney beans. Add 3.5 ounces/ 4 tbsp (more or less to taste) of seasoning & 4 cups of water. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 1-1/2 hours, stirring occasionally, adding additional water if necessary. Serve over spaghetti noodles. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and diced onion.
